The AWS re:Invent 2026 talks that fit you, in a week that fits together.

AWS re:Invent 2026 is more than two thousand sessions across six venues on the Strip. Ask in one sentence and the AI turns it into filters you can see. Leave an afternoon open and it suggests what is worth your time and actually reachable. And it will never book you two talks twenty minutes apart at opposite ends of the Strip.

Live on Android and iPhone now. Start as a guest, no account — sign up later and everything you added comes with you.

How it works

Three things the official planner leaves entirely to you.

01

Ask in a sentence, see what it did

Two thousand two hundred sessions and seven filters to reach them. Type the question instead and the AI reads it into those same filters — shown as chips you can correct or drop. No black box between you and the catalogue, and no guessing which of your words it ignored.

An empty afternoon comes back with answers

Four answers at sign-up — interests, depth, role, level — and the catalogue reorders around you. A gap in your day is not left blank: it lists what is worth your time, from where you happen to be standing, and says on every row why it is near the top.

And nothing lands that you cannot reach

The venues are kilometres apart, so the planner walks a route graph between rooms rather than venues. Every result carries a feasibility badge, every block carries the walk in front of it, and the repeat you can actually make gets offered in place of the one you cannot.

In the app

Nine things it does that the printed agenda cannot.

Guest

Start without an account

Browse, ask and build a day as a guest. Sign up when you want the rest, and everything you added comes with you.

Discover

A feasibility badge on every result

Comfortable, tight, or not happening — measured against the block before it in your own day.

Schedule

Free gaps that know where you are

An empty afternoon lists the venues actually reachable from your last session, then suggests what fits.

Colleagues

Connect with a six-character code

Three sharing levels, and a colleague’s day showing the windows you are both in the same building.

Notes

A running note and a four-field evaluation

Autosaved, with a device draft when the network is not there. The evaluation appears when the block ends.

Report

A trip report, actions first

Built from your own notes and scores, exported as Markdown for whoever paid for the ticket.

For you

Four answers, and the catalogue reorders

Interests, depth, role and level. Every row near the top says why it is there.

Reminders

It tells you when to leave

Not when the session starts. Plus a reserved seat’s arrival deadline, and a nudge to write the note.

Privacy

No analytics, no ad SDKs, no profiling

Your schedule, your notes and your interests are yours. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

New in version 1.4.0

Thirteen badges, and a re:Invent Wrapped at the end of it.

Nothing to switch on and nothing to check into. A badge is a question about the schedule you already have, answered every time you open the wall — so it cannot be lost by tidying your agenda, and it is never a row in a table somewhere. Four categories, from what you booked before you flew out to what the week did to you. Two are secret until you have three.

Secret

Two you are not told about

Drawn on the wall from the start, named once you have three badges. One of them involves a late night.

A look inside

Dark, dense, and quick to read.

You will be holding this in a queue, in a corridor, with four minutes before you have to start walking. It is built for that, not for a screenshot.

Questions

What people ask before they download it.

Is this the official AWS re:Invent app?

No. SessionStack is an independent, unofficial planner for AWS re:Invent 2026, not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services. It is created by an attendee for attendees. It plans around the same catalogue; it is not a replacement for registering or reserving your seats.

Is SessionStack available on iPhone?

Yes. SessionStack is live on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android, both free, ahead of the 2026 catalogue going live.

How does it handle walking time between the re:Invent venues?

The venues are kilometres apart, so the planner walks a route graph between rooms rather than venues. Every search result carries a feasibility badge — comfortable, tight, or not happening — measured against the block before it in your own day, and every booked block carries the walk in front of it.

Can I search sessions without using seven filters?

Yes. Ask in one plain sentence and the AI reads it into those same filters, shown back as chips you can correct or drop. Nothing is hidden between you and the catalogue.

What does it do with a free afternoon in my schedule?

It does not leave the gap blank. It lists the venues actually reachable from your last session and suggests what is worth your time there, ranked against the interests, depth, role and level you gave at sign-up, with a reason on every row.

Can I write notes and produce a trip report?

Every session takes a running note, autosaved, with a device draft when the network is not there, plus a four-field evaluation once the block ends. Those notes and scores become a trip report — actions first — exported as Markdown for whoever paid for the ticket.

Can I see what my colleagues are attending?

Connect with a six-character code and pick one of three sharing levels. A colleague’s day then shows the windows where you are both in the same building.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. From version 1.3.2 you can use SessionStack as a guest — browse the catalogue, ask in a sentence and build a day — without signing up. The parts that need a server, like colleagues and sync across devices, wait until you have an account. When you do make one, everything you added as a guest comes with you.

What are the achievement badges and the re:Invent Wrapped?

Thirteen badges across four categories — what you booked before you flew out, the week itself, who you spent it with, and one crown for collecting the rest. Two are secret until you have earned three. They are worked out from the schedule you already have rather than awarded and stored, so nothing needs switching on and nothing needs checking into. From the last day of the event your profile also gets a re:Invent Wrapped: sessions attended, venues explored, time in the room, parties survived, words of notes and badges unlocked. The trip report is the one your employer gets; Wrapped is the one you post.

Does the app track me?

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking SDKs and no third-party profiling in the app, and nothing sold or shared for marketing. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
