One person, one inbox

SessionStack is built and answered by the same developer. There is no ticket system and no support desk — an email reaches me directly, and I read all of them.

Email

jim@23g.nl is the address for everything: a bug, a question about how the planner works, a session it placed somewhere you could not reach, a privacy or data-deletion request, or a press enquiry. Put “SessionStack” in the subject so it does not get lost among work mail. A real person reads every message, and data requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.

Feature requests

If you would rather not write an email, the feedback form lands in the same place. Two lines is plenty.

Your data

Deleting your account needs no email: in the app it is Me → Delete my account. If you can no longer sign in, or want a copy of what is stored, email from the address you registered with. The privacy policy describes exactly what is kept and for how long.

Who you are writing to

Jim van Eijk, frontend developer at 23G, a Dutch software company that backs SessionStack as a free tool for the re:Invent community. More about why it exists.

Not AWS

SessionStack is unofficial and not affiliated with Amazon Web Services. For your re:Invent registration, badge, hotel or seat reservations, contact AWS through the official event site — I cannot change any of those.

All of this, done for you

SessionStack reads your question into filters, fills your free gaps with sessions you can actually reach, and reminds you when to leave rather than when the talk starts.
